About the Project

I will paint some Star Wars miniatures. My Dad has never done any thing with it so I am going to paint the Rebels and Imperials so we can play Star Wars Legion.

A small painting update, managed to paint hands and faces, as well as repainting the blasters as they’d been dry brushed over in error.

As it’s the Easter holidays we went to our local model shop to get some painting done. Another painter kindly showed us how to dry brush.

I’m going for a sand desert paint scheme, as the mat we’ve got is a cracked sand mat. Dad found me some photos that others have done with the same idea. I’m not doing the same as them, but using it as an idea.

The beginningThe beginning

Dad note. I’ve built a lot of models in the last 35 years and I have to say these are the worst I’ve seen. Arms not fitting into shoulders and weapons, heads too big. Might explain why I’ve not built them before now.
