About the Project
I recently got back my original RTB01 Marines. I gave them to a friend who is teacher and ran a game club. I moved to Thailand 20 years ago. I got back into the hobby 6 years ago. I told my friend and he sent my original beaky marines back to me. They had been repainted by one his students. I painted my marines in 1987-88. I was 15 at the time. I was not aware of the chapters. I painted them black and orange. When I came back to the shop to play them, I was laughed at. So I never went back to that Games Workshop store again. My plan is paint them in black and orange my original scheme. Then lay them out in a diorama similar to the rouge trader cover art.
