About the Project
This project will cover the development of skirmish forces for the Irish Confederate War during the wider collection of conflicts under the umbrella of the English Civil War. The forces will be utilised for skirmish gaming of the period rather than for larger pitched battles in order to recreate the smaller encounters and raids that were common place during the period.

Everything so far based… but just waiting on the new Bloody Miniatures release – Scots – to arrive…

To get started I figured I’d bash out one of the new Bloody Miniatures 28mm ECW skirmish figures.
These are really excellent models and themed and posed for skirmish games, not rank and file battles, so give a very dynamic look.
