That’s it! All the miniatures from this Kickstarter have been painted. I backed this kickstarter in may 2018 and started painting in april 2020.

Soon the new miniatures of Wargamer Games Studio will arrive! 🙂

Wargamer Games Studio announced they will send the miniatures of their next AD1666 Kickstarter soon. I should really finish this project!

This is another miniature I wasn’t sure what to do with, which is why it’s in the tail of this project. I tried out white ink for the first time, to give it a zenithal highlight. Then used speedpaint.

To paint this miniature I took inspiration from a French series of comic books: Chronicles of the Black Moon. One of the main characters in these comic books is a succubus. She’s always dressed in red.

And here we are again! While waiting for miniatures to arrive for another project, I could work a bit on this project. And it would be nice to finish all these miniatures before the miniatures of the next AD1666 Kickstarter arrive.

It’s been a while since I worked on this project. 🙂

This is a special miniature. It’s not part of the Kickstarter. This is the first and at this moment only new miniature released for Anno Domini since the Kickstarter. And it’s also the only metal miniature in this project.

Should you consider getting into Anno Domini 1666, at this very moment Wargamer Games Studio is running a new Kickstarter for this game: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1263001724/swords-of-light-and-darkness?ref=user_menu

I’ve used this faction to try out zenithal highlighting and glazing with inks.

This was the last of the six big factions in the kickstarter. Slowly the end of this project approaches.

To paint this miniature right I’ve looked at some paintings from the real Cardinal de Richelieu.
