About the Project

This is my first push into 3D printing with the intent to follow a scale closely. I'll be focusing on landing craft and ships in 15mm or 1/100 scale. These assets will be added to my American Forces in 'Flames of War IV Edition' the Late War Campagne. I sight my inspiration/blame for this project on the OTT coverage of the 2019 Battlefront Open Day "https://www.beastsofwar.com/liveblogentry/exploring-kevins-juno-beach-table/#snav" I've had those ships and landing craft on my mind since then.

I think it was a success! I printed it at 0.1mm layer height and 25% fill. I found the model on 'Thingiverse' and the published creator of the model is listed as 'ChillyT'. When I downloaded the model it was in 28mm scale. Pretty simple to change the scale to 15mm. Next up to print the small fiddly bits!I think it was a success!
