About the Project
This is my Samurai project I stated a few years ago and will be doing for a few more years to come. This is not only miniature painting but conversions, terrain, and rules. As well as some other things I am sure that I am interested as well as inspiration. I hope you will enjoy my journey into the world of Samurai Wargaming.

allie alternative paint schemes.
Working on some alternative paint schemes for the allies. I am sure none of these are historically accurate but that’s OK. I will make sure the banners are and that will be the focal point for the allies.
Uesugi's army is finished
Ladies and gentlemen may I present Uesugi’s main force and I will be the first to say that it took me bloody long enough to paint up too. By the way there are more photos on the painting forums go and have a look 😉
Warrior Monk for Uesugi command section.
One more for Uesugi's command section
This is an ally commander for my Uesugi force he represents the Kakizaki Kageie clan. I have now idea what the color scheme was but I just love that there Mon is a radish. I will be painting allies later and this will be one of them.
Uesugi Kenshin , I don't think so .
I used this Perry miniature and I am really not happy with it but I did paint it and I will show you all. I have decided not to use this as Uesugi Kenshin after all. I went ahead and purchased a mounted warrior monk from Kingsford Miniatures. They are out of Canada and from the picture I saw it looks like a better sculpt. I will do an unboxing when I receive it.
I have finished the last unit for Uesugi.
The last unit for Uesugi main force is finished and it is his elite bodyguard. Now all is left is the command squad to build and paint.
10 bodyguards for Uesugi are painted.
I can see light at the end of the tunnel. With these 10 bodyguards painted I only have 10 more to paint and then build and paint a command section for Uesugi and that will be it for the main force. HOORAY !
The construction of the gatehouse is complete.
Painting will come later .
