Blogging At This Event:
Packed To The Heavens With Gaming Goodness
Honestly, the crowds here, whilst massive, are actually pretty good about letting you through and navigating. Well, we say that now but as it stands Saturday is JUST kicking off and things might get more hectic as the hours pass by.
The show floor really is abuzz with energy and people checking out games they know and love, and ones they've only just heard of.
The Miniatures Of Legend Of Korra By IDW
We talked with IDW yesterday about Legend Of Korra and thought we'd drop back in just to show off some of the miniatures for the game.
Make sure to check out the Day Two Live Blog to find the video where we talk about this game based in the Airbender universe.
Huge Showing For Pathfinder & Starfinder
There are some folks that come to Gen Con to get their RPG on from sunrise to sundown. The Pathfinder hall is the perfect example. The tables are full of adventuring parties hard at work.
It's awesome to see so much imagination at work among all the shiny temptations at the con.

Set further back from the main hall the folks at Gen Con have a painting area where you can sit and paint up miniatures, join in with challenges and generally maybe take a break from it all for a bit.
There are a few nice pieces on display here too and with that in mind we're going to come back tomorrow and see what appears in the cabinets.
bring me the marvellous, magnificent and all things most magical.

We should be talking with Kingdom Death/Adam a little later this weekend so watch this space. Infinity is in Day One if you want to check it out!

I really hope yall have more from Time of Legends: Joan of Arc. A demo game perhaps!
Need to talk with more of the vendors, please!
It’s on our list, got a lot of appointments today 🙂
Any more news from Mythic Realms Pantheon?
Are the mythic games chaos at Gencon?
Chaps even…
They are. Leo was interviewed on yesterday’s blog IIRC.
Any chance of seeing the guys and gals of Flying Frog Productions to find out how things are moving on with all the Shadows of Brimstone stuff (especially delivery to us here in the U.K.)
Take a look at Big Trouble in Lttle Chinia from Everything Epic.
Also, Hirst arts is there.
…and they’re still going… somehow… just!
Time to catch up…
WOOHOOO – Finally ticked over my 1000 karma!
you should also unmask every cosplayer you see, just on the off chance it’s Adam Savage
He would have gotten away with it too if it wasn’t for those meddling kids
Great seeing you all having a great time! Wish could have gotten together but maybe next year after you get warren to come with you

Hope we get some Star Saga vids looking forward to seeing what changes they’ve made from Dungeon Saga
Amazed that the jeg lag hasn’t hit so far
Models look great. Will they be painted or is that up to us?
Wasn’t there going to be coverage of the Corvus Belli seminar?
Well done for keeping up the enthusiasm, looks like a great con to be at, but exhausting at the same time.
Love to see some indie games from companies that we might never have heard of.
Still catching up, catching up and up!
The end of day video just goes to show how awesome Dawn and Gianna are as they normally have to cover the event on their own. Great job everyone, looking forward to today’s installment.
One of my goals in life is to attend Gen Con. Love all the coverage for those of us that can’t be there!
I have never been to Gencon, or any con for that matter. Would definitely like to make it to gen-con someday.
More Fallout, please
Impressive!
Keep the coverage coming! In the final stretch!
This was fun
All I can say is Kingdom death!
