I have just over 1200 in Regulars so I have enough for some games and get some plays in.   Looking to expand soon.

I wanted to try something different.  So I took the citadel textured paint and did the full base.

After this dries I watered down some goblin green to do wash of the textured.

This was followed up by a flock mixture and black sides.

I went more basic highlights of using the base colors over the wash.  Only exception was the uniform where I took a 75/25 of army painter army green to goblin green to touch the raise parts of the uniform.

I was going for better then basic tabletop quality knowing I’ll have 50 plus guys on the board.

I decided on a black base rim for a look to break up the green.

This was my first attempt at weathering.  I want to try the hair spray method next time.

But it I used oil paints and thinner to weather the vehicles.   Two Sherman’s go to my local store for their Tank War demo set they are putting together.

The dirt is Citadel texture stirland mud.

Now onto my German Armour next.

I base coated the tanks with an army painter green spray.  I also have a Konflict 47 Sherman Tesla turret someone gave me so I’ll match the color with the tanks.

Last one has the driver peaking out.   Had to cut most of the body off to get it to fit.

I wanted to add a bit to this one.  So took a war games factory American and did some minor splicing to make it look like he was firing the MG and holding on.

I got a used Half Track and two old Willy Jeeps.   I assembled them and I still want to add a few touches to the half track.   For the jeeps I made one a heavy and one a medium machine gun to provide mobile fire support.
