Studio Giraldez Paint Up New Version Of Infinity’s Joan Of Arc
October 18, 2017 by brennon
Studio Giraldez has been busy as Angel painted up a new version of Infinity's Joan Of Arc. Take a look at her here...
The model from the team at Corvus Belli is looking superb, but then again they seem to always hit the nail on the head. It shows Joan Of Arc, triumphant with sword raised over the body of a fallen warrior.
Angel has done a great job bringing the standard paint scheme to life one more for Joan Of Arc and I think the finished project looks great.
The model itself will be released in the near future and comes with options for her to have both her short hair of her youth and also longer hair for an older version of the character if you desire.
What do you think of the new Joan Of Arc?
"It shows Joan Of Arc, triumphant with sword raised over the body of a fallen warrior..."
So getting her and going with long red hair to match my other joan.
Can’t wait. Glad it is coming out soon. I have his first painting book without the miniature so this will be great for me.
When everyone gets bored of ‘foot on rock’ …. 🙂
The sculpt is good. The imagery a bit gruesome. I see this more as a diorama piece than a playing piece.
I will surely want that version of her but I admit that I won’t be able to paint her even nearly as well as Angel has.
Wow that looks good enough for Angel to get a Gold Button. Just saying. 🙂
the kid shows promise, he might just make it.
really like the epic, and classic, pose. she looks every bit the holy heroine, all light, innocence and purity. highlighted perfectly and classically with her opposed opposite under her boot. i’ll almost certainly go with the long haired version though.
The armor gives me the feel of a cyborg for some reason, like Robocop.
I’ve painted up two versions of her (retail and Giraldez LE) in the last year and I don’t even play MO.
This one certainly beats the current retail version, but two is enough for now. 😉
