Create New Adventures With The 5th Edition DM Guide For D&D
November 28, 2014 by stvitusdancern
Wizards of the Coast is letting it be known that they are very excited about the upcoming release of the new Dungeon Master's Guide for the new 5th edition of D&D. This new hardback book will be released for sale on December 9th. What I can tell you is that this book is gorgeous! I have in my hands an advanced copy and I will do a thorough review soon.
For now let me tell you this new edition has me very excited to play D&D again! I have been playing since 1st edition and have a very thorough collection. I have been DM'ing since the 80's (no age jokes please) and I fell out of playing since 3.5 and above editions.
Now having been involved in the play testing when it was coded as D&D Next, I could not be any happier to see the revamp. The new book has everything a new or an experienced DM needs to create wonderful worlds for your group of adventurers.
It is broken down nicely into 3 main sections and has taken out a lot of the extraneous materials and streamlined it for ease of reference. If you have not played D&D in awhile I highly suggest giving this new edition a try and if you are a DM or thinking of giving it a go, you will definitely want to grab this book. Happy adventuring!
Will you be leading the next adventure?

That looks rather nice and is must buy for DnD DMs.
I’ve found the last few DM guides a bit pointless; I’m interested to see what this one brings to the table.
Puns!
Quite a few reviews on youtube, the link I’ll put up is a chapter by chapter look by Juce.
