Dark Nation Monsters & Warped Creations For Wild West Exodus
February 9, 2018 by brennon
Wild West Exodus is full of strange and warped creatures, seen in detail here with a look at some Posse Sets for the game coming out in the near future. Firstly we have the Dark Nation and Wicasasni's band of strange oddities.
Each of these dangerous creatures has been born of something beyond their tie to nature, drawing on dark power in order to warp their spirits into something different and dangerous. We also got a look at this hulking figure as well, Vor Khet.
Chowing down on something that was probably once living and enjoying its life we have another beast of a miniature, lumbering forward to take down more prey for it to snack on.
The second of the Posse reveals we had this week was for The Enlightened with Countess Byron's Galvanic Mysteries.
If you prefer your odd creatures of the shadows to be mechanically powered then this might be the avenue you'd go down when it comes to collecting in Wild West Exodus. I love the characters they've been coming up with, and the dynamic sculpts for the different models we've seen over the past week have been awesome and show them being inventive with the background and themes of the game.
What do you think of these new previews for Wild West Exodus?
"Each of these dangerous creatures has been born of something beyond their tie to nature, drawing on dark power in order to warp their spirits..."
Great looking beasts will be good for warped zombies the wasp spider look’s great as well.
Great job guys!!!
Wow.. those look great… they also showed off the new Deadly Seven boxed set and some other resin models on The Battlehammer YouTube Channel as well…
Really good stuff!!! I’m super impressed and gotta get another look at this game and pickup their starter set soon I think!
Bloody Warcradle is going to own my soul (which probably isn’t worth much to be honest 😀 ) ….. I am attempting to hold at only two factions but they keep doing possies like this , they make it bloody hard! The magnificent b@$t@rd$ …… *sigh
So warcradle is butchering the background of Dystopian Wars so that they can tie it in with this game?
Why?
Yeh let’s just let Dystopian Wars die and never see the light of day again.
As @wesadie said the game was dead, they are attempting to draw two properties that they own into a shared world. If you really find it objectionable there is nothing stoping you from continuing to game in the “Old Dystopian World” and prentend that what ever you don’t like about the new lore didn’t happen .
Personally I like WWX’s lore and I am willing to see what happens.
Those look really nice.
