Today Justin and Gerry open the newest Orc Warband for Warlords of Erehwon from Warlord Games.

As Gerry says, the Orc Warband is the quintessential force behind any RPG or tabletop game, if you need an enemy to slay, Orcs are the army to drive home.
The Orc Warriors are big brutes that favour crude weapons and awful shields but don't let that throw you off, they'll sooner chop your face off then eat it for dinner!
How would you pose these Orcs?

Those do look “orc-fully” good…
loving the way that this game is going.
@dignity you need to get more polish to get a really, really bright shine in the spot light mate. Oh and get the BFG (Big Friendly Gerry)to kneel down so that you don’t get a sore neck.
They don’t look scary enough to me. More like goblins than orcs.
Green says goblins. Grey says orcs.
I liked the look of the sword and axe one the best.
If anyone is looking an ultra cheap way of getting into this game you can’t go wrong with these

another great looking modular kit
Please do a Lets Play to the game, it looks to good to be true. ^^
Never been a fan of these guys, think I’d rather stick with GW LotR orcs over these ones even though the LotR ones are older and are not modular. Dunno why, but these ones alway look awkward.
I think Gerry’s halberdier would look better in a diorama, but on his own kinda looks like he’s using a broom to knock something off a high shelf. ?
Those old LotR models are some of best models that GW has ever produced and those were hand sculpted instead of being CAD sculpted like they current models.
Nice to see the Wargames Factory kits back in circulation. I picked up a box when Erehwon came out and they are really good, no major flash issues and the pieces go together really well. Personally, I love the Angus McBride inspired design. They will be my new Angmar force.
I was hoping they’d mention the “reversible” torsos where the back is also a second front(convex) so you can get more variety in your orc mob. Wargames Factory had a little blurb about that on their box.
a great rag tag unit.
They’re not bad, just not super either… At least they have lots of options…
Really nice set. I had a bit difficulty with the joins when I bought a sprue in a sale but they’re still a real nice kit
Some of the best classic lookin’ orcs ever. Good to see these guys back on the market!
What are on the sprues to the right of Gerry as you look at him?
The figure look a little skinny,It might just be the video will have to see in the flesh.
The design cues on these seem largely taken from Angus McBride’s work on MERP, making them very suitable for old school Lord of the Rings gaming.
Would have been nice to see a bow armed version built. Also, what base sizes do they come with, and how do they compare to other ranges, in this case Citadel’s LOTR range and Oathmark?
I think such information would be useful and interesting for an unboxing.
I like the sculpts but I’m not a fan of separate weapons. They can be hard to position right, especially 2 handers.
I really like the variety in this kit. However I think these Orcs would make better goblins.
These orcs work well for me, very ramshackle and mismatched, for me everything that makes an orc an orc.
Have always loved these orc weapons been using them for ages when they were wargames factory orcs. They are perfect for LOTR models too!
a WOEfully good deal.
