Whether they come in pursuit of forgotten lore, ancient mysteries or mundane treasures; the wizards and their apprentices flock to the ruins of Felstad like crows to carrion. With this fantastic range of model pieces, you can truly customise your perfect model into the grand sorcerer supreme you desire.
Will you be making a feeble librarian pondering away from the knowledge of the unknown or destructing the lands as Tim the Enchanter!

So nice, I just ordered a sprue.
All those options… it’s like wizardy legos.
Very cool kit – good for messing around and getting stuck into Frostgrave with everything being plastic. Would be great to have a play around with it!
“Judge me by size do you? And well you should not…”
I didn’t realise wizards wore robes to channel magic… I though they were just very nervous… and the robes were to stop people see them wetting themselves… especially in early editions of D&D where they were ‘one shot magical items’.
Harry Dresden points out that Wizards wear robes because it’s always cold in their laboratories/libraries so they like to have layers to keep warm.
Also, most Wizards wear robes because they feel self-important but also armour dampens the magical energies they can channel.
And fear dampens their underwear 🙂
For the metal and wizards… if wizards could wear plate mail they would and making the party big gun squishy gives the fighters something to defend.
I have a few metal wizards: my regular pair and some that showed up as Nickstarters. I really want to make a few more though. Damn you North Star!
you need it for Big Davey anyway
Sold!
Will be grabbing a few of these as soon as they appear locally. Evan by the usual North Star standard there is a ridiculous volume of additional parts for conversions on those sprues. I was also under the impression that it was 4 wizards to a box so the fact you are getting 8 (10) per pack is a nice surprise.
Cool looking minis and I love the many options for customization. I appreciate that they included options for those who want to make a version of a sword wielding Gandalf.
Picked up a couple of boxes of the Wizards. You can make some nice looking Mystic Warriors with great poses with the amount of empty / open hands in the box.
Big Davey is definitely an Elementalist, cloaking himself in an Elemental Shield and chucking out Lightning Bolts at the unwary Henchmen of his Wizardly competition.
Some of the wizards are know by the name of…. Tim. XD
Just love Big Davey.
The rest are a choir of monks. I am going to buy a choir of Monks soon.
“Berk, feed me!” Justin looked suitably confused. Loved trapdoor as a kid. Wizards are great but might have to get this set for Big Davie and Boni.
When Gerry gets on a role you cant beet it
Nobody knows what type of wizzard Big Davy is as everyone is too scared to ask him. Look at him wrong and he’ll jump up and do yer kneecaps
Definitely nice to have all those issues! Now – are they going to bring out sets for other ‘classes’?
really nice kit. Love the vesatility of it.
Seems you can build some fun models with that kit
I’m loving all the customization options in this box!
a nice amount of options on those sprues
This is without a doubt the most phenomenal wizard set I have ever seen. I have been painting and playing with miniatures since I was 12 and I am now 55. You can’t beet this set or for that matter any of North Star’so sets.
