Unboxing: Bandua Wargames’ Far West Shop #2
August 19, 2015 by dignity
We've got another kit from Bandua Wargames, it's the Far West Shop #2. This is great for an outlaw as they could either go there for a shave or for a heist depending on tastes. Maybe both?
As before with the Sheriff Office the kit is available both pre-painted and untouched and in similar fashion to the Far West Shop #1 two signs are available for use.
This building can either be a Barber Shop or Post Office, so whatever an outlaw needs they are covered.
Which shop sign would you use?

Hey, guys. Maybe instead of this terrain unboxing you could do videos how you build them? All of the building unboxings are the same: here’s floor and here are the walls…
I think flat pack terrain building would be equally dull….
Glue tab A into Slot B, clamp/laccy band it till dry, glue tab B into slot C etc…
Personally i like the unboxing vids as i rarely build anything as is out of the box and seeing the kits on sprues and overall dimensions can often be inspirational when it comes to modding and customising the terrain. Personally i hate non unique/customised terrain peices nothing duller than playing on a table that is all box fresh, with no personalisation at all.
I am not saying that I don’t like them only that they all look similar
Bandua has great terrain pieces.
I would like to see a build video on one of Bandua’s terrain pieces. And maybe a few ideas to customize or make them fit into a themed table. They look easy to put together.
Thanks for the unboxing video.
Hi Gents, thanks for the review.
How does the building scale up in comparison to miniatures (I know it may be 28mm or 32mm etc.), but I’d like to know if WWX figures would be too tall for it with their higher bases (+ possible inserts) when compared to windows, doors and whatnot.
I’m totally with @johnlyons on the hitching post idea. Even in the world of WWX, with all this steampunk tech, etc, THERE WOULD STILL BE THOUSANDS OF HORSES around. Yes, there’d be the “boring” power charging pads, but there would still be hitching posts as well. Not everyone could afford one of these new speeder bikes overnight.
Besides, Wild West . . . that’s what the WW stands for in WWX!
…and here is a man from the WW!
That’s an impressive 4 day beard! 😉
I have this one for WWX and it’s fine.
I’d like to see the built version of these buildings, much as we get these days with the miniatures.
I’m also with @johnlyons on the hitching posts they are a nice little addition to the Wild West Town and of course @oriskany must be right on the number of people riding horses still.
nice you can just add a small length of thin wire with a bead for the power points? Justin.
Very nice buildings. Going to do something WW next and you have to build a town.
This would be good even for Infinity if your doing an Ariadna table. Just need to add some generators, air condition and neon signs to all the west styled buildings and you’re good to go.
