This set comes with everything that you need to get going in Dystopian Wars. You have two plastic fleets with a multitude of options, rules, gaming aids, terrain and more.
Will you be playing as the Covenant Of The Enlightened or the Commonwealth?
Betting Justin is looking forward to the new Union battle group to go alongside his Wild West Exodus collection. Cracking looking boxed set as I’d expect from Warcradle. Where else would you find Modified Combat Whales.. Very much looking forward to the let’s play.
Got mine in the post this morning, looks really nice. Is there anywhere which has a recommended list to start with?
Looks a good starter box I think the turrets could be magnetized so you can suite the fleet for different battles.
Thanks Justin. I saw Warren do unboxing on Saturday. Foolishly I thought, “Why are they unboxing it again?”. The answer now is obvious, thanks for such high quality close ups and detail . It was excellent.
and exploding whales eh? Nothing says I love you like an exploding whale.
Mine arrived and in general very impressed, wanted to get into this game in the past but just never got around to it! I would agree with Warren that the box should contain building instruction and a basic list so I could get my first few games in. As it is having to download unit cards, that I will then need to laminate etc and add a few unnecessary steps for an otherwise fantastic two player starter set.
Yes, I love this box as well. I am in the process of assembling them now. If you like the Union(my fav) Look at 3 Yorktown’s with all Hv Rockets and an Akron observer. You will get 35 dice at up to 40 inches as the observers add another range band for aerial weapons. My only complaint was having to print the cards. But they will probably change. So it isn’t like we haven’t had to do that before.
