With Warlord Games announcing their new Bolt Action game in July 2012, we sent Cheesefuhrer Darrell to assemble a set of 28mm plastic German Infantry for the Bolt Action range.
Remember... Darrell loves it when you point out any mispronunciations in his videos... it doesn't make him mad or anything!
A scooped Kar98 rifle? For dishing out ice cream maybe?
Your panzerfaust is upside down- that thing on the side of the tube is the sight and trigger assembly.
Be careful, you’ll only upset him, and an upset cheesefuhrer is a fearsome thing to behold!
I think Kar and K are the same thing meaning carbine in german. So you only need to say Kar 98 of 98K not both. Just something i remember hearing somewhere.
The first Kar stands for “Karabiner” = carbine thats right.
the second k stands for “Kurz”= small
Its Kar 98 for Karabiner 98, dukely is right
And by the way Darell, every one who had to carry a MG 42 never would call the bloody thing a ‘light machine gun’!!
Well there were different versions of the Kar 98 and one was the Kar 98 K 😉

and Durin is absolutly right please dont call the “bonesaw” a light MG 🙂

Actually the arms are not interchangable, some are matched to specific weapons and to each other.
They look good, although I still prefer Valient miniatures to these as there are enough in a box to make an army and there are much more weapons in there. Although these are better quality and more expensive.
Can you do a video comparing the sizes of all WW2 minies? Especially 28mm Plastic Soldier Company Russians to Valient Miniatures.
Thanks
>1:56
Should it not be 1:64 for 28mm?
((25.4 * 12) * 6) / 28 = 65.31
1:56 would be 32mm.
((25.4 * 12) * 6) / 56 = 32.65
Great for an Imperial Guard army………
these guys are awesome i think i’ll get some
