I think any of them can be the lieutenant… right? I dunno if that is recommended… 🙂 How were the regulars to put together Andy, pretty straightforward? I was surprised when I saw they weren’t one piece. Does anyone know the general tactics of how the Shock army plays?
I have had no problem fitting small bits on the drones… Haven’t tried the antennas on anyone just yet, but I can’t imagine it’ll be too hard.
It all glues on fine, as long as you wash it first and remove all mold lines : In that respect, as well as in sculpt quality, the Infinity miniatures are unparalleled.
my wife loves this pan-o set . she got this set and the Joanna d’arc to add to it as her pan-o army . she has already won a few games with it . she just loves the sculpts but i had to put them together for her she was having nightmares with them .
Im a little confussed about the shotguns. I see they have a range as well as a number of shots per activation, but its a tear drop. Do they shoot the teardrop like the blastmarkers?
There’s a diagram somewhere in the rulebook. Essentially, they’re sort of hi-explosive shells rather than traditional buckshot-you roll to hit as with any other ranged weapon, and unless you went for AP (or any other than Normal) ammo, you place a template at the place of impact (front of the target model’s base) that is aimed in the direction of the shot (well, like you’d expect a shotgun spreak in a cone). As I said, it’s got a very nice diagram in the book 😉
Boarding shotguns have two modes of shooting. The tear drop with normal ammo or a burst of 2 with AP (armor piercing) ammo. Still short ranged though. But it’s high Strength makes it very good for it.

I also really like how Corvus Belli has captured the “stalking through the jungle” feel in the dynamism of the Bagh-Mari. Very nice sculpts.
love the starter set unboxing videos.
all you guys have left is combined and nomads! best get crackin 😛
We’ll be covering those in the next week or two… don’t worry… they’ll be up soon.

the Regulars go really easy two part models with really defined places to glue them.
Acontecimento is a refreshing escape from the usual PanOcenia play, they are an aggressive assault force.
But really I can’t be the only person on the planet who has no problem with the little helmet antennas, please somebody say it is so.

I feel you pain!

Really cool commando unit !
Too bad about the fiddly bits…
If I go Pan-O, this is definitely the way that I’d want to go. These, or the Knights.
