The Abyssinia Allegiance box is all that's required to play an Allegiance; a single Commander, three units and all cards and tokens for a single player to play a game of The Other side. Magic, steampunk, monsters and soldiers collide to make the battlefields of The Other Side action-packed. In order to get you into the action sooner, every model in The Other Side comes preassembled.
Have you played The Other Side?

No, haven’t played…. and I don’t think I will 😉
Must mean the other side of model quality
Difficult to say on these minis, the “shine” doesn’t help on camera but the guns definitely seem lacking in almost nay detail. However they might paint up well, and the proportions are pretty good (compared to the “wonky” physical aspects of a space marine). Look interesting, but I think not only would I struggle to find an opponent to play this against, I don’t really like the other factions. So far as steam punk British go a really miss Dystopian Legion, these guys would look awesome pitted against them. Hell, if they were 28mm scale I’d be all over these.
Like the minis.
Would have been nice to see them on their bases and on their trays.
Maybe even a painted one.
I guess it’s nice that, rather than having poison gas used on them, the Ethiopians are using poison gas against their enemies.
In theory I should be all over any game that has a Mehal Sefari unit but somehow this doesn’t do much for me. However, I am curious about the fluff for these guys.
an interesting army in a box may be good as an extra faction.
That plastic is really quite shiny
If I would start The Other Side it would be with Abyssinia.
But where do I get the time and money to play it all?
Atleast this doesn’t cause “By Yan lo’s beard” cries of desperation because you don’t need to glue things.
