Fantastic model, good rules, would be fun to play. I toyed with idea of Minions, but in the end, they were just a little too restricted for me in terms of models and tactics. It will be interesting to see how Domination affects the faction.
After reading the “Boneshaker” description,I’m confused,it says that when it wounds(“boxes”) a (…) warrior model,it gets to strike once and is destroyed afterward, right?
Would that mean that If I cause a wound on one of these protectorate multi-wound warriors (bastions?),a single wound would just kill it off?
Hopefully I didn’t mess it all up,english isn’t my first language,so forgive me
(If I’m proven wrong,i’ll just surrender,honest!)
A Boxed model is one that has filled in its last health box.
On single wound grunts, this is the first time they are wounded, and of course on models with multiple wound boxes, its when the last is filled in.
So the model has to be boxed for the rules of Boneshaker to take effect, not just wounded.
I shouldn’t play games in an other language, just found out that when you kill a model it ios first disabled, then boxed and finally disabled, damn me and my goldfish-memory.
Still,thanks guys!Love those croc-men!
At first I didn’t really like the Gatormen, but right now I think these models are awesome.
In the video about the Snapper you asked how to get some mileage out of its sustained attack. Calaban is the answer: Parasite a light jack or beast and eat it!
But i’m more of a Barnabas fan. I really like the idea of putting swamps everywhere and hiding my beasties there, waiting for the incautious to come too close. 🙂
One of my favourite things about Calaban is the ability to cast and recast parasite during his feat turn so that your troops have a really easy time of ripping the enemies up.
I love that gatorguy. He takes alot of spells i hate to see in Cryx and is even greener and meaner. To bad my budget next month only allows to fill out my bare Minimum of grey Knights troop choices or a Gatormen army. But the Gators got their teeth in me pretty got, Pardon the pun.

Oh, and solid video, thanks Andy.
I love that voodoo bayou vibe !
It’s baron Samedi with a bite…
Gatorman is such a fun word to say with a Cajun accent! Gaaatah-man.
I have to say I really like the Blindwater Congregation. Any plans to do a video on the Ironback Spitter Warbeast?

Boneshaker only functions when you box the target i.e. kill it, not when you just wound it.

well, thanks,I’ve been proven wrong…I guess I have to give up then…
Got mixed with “taking out a box” and taking that heart-filled one…
Sigh

Reminds me of the priest from Temple of Doom
“Kalima Kalima!” “Cover your heart Indi!”

Is anyone else getting the video for the Bull Snapper here instead of Calaban the Grave Walker?
