Darrell gets his hands on a cool Housing Module from Micro Art Studio. It's made from hard foam (as Darrell ably demonstrates) and could be perfect for your gaming table.
Ideal for every sci-fi game out there… I love it, especially since I’ve started playing Infinity, now !

I’m gona get me a couple of those, they look really good.
But then again, Darrell could probably sell me anything, these unboxings are awsome!
Not keen, I’m afraid. It’s a lump (which I understand is a limitation of the medium), and looks very second best when compared to the new Infinity buildings the same company just showed us a couple of days ago. Granted it seems to be Darrell-proof, which is nice. That’s about it though.
Practical be damned! Show me something pretty!
New marketing tag line- Darrell proof
Looks like the buildings from Hadley’s Hope – the colony on LV-426 in Aliens.
May be useful for barracks too.
Nooo – don’t make Justin cry! LOL
I like this piece, useful for Infinity or any sci-fi game, I’m going to get two. Micro Art is really doing some neat stuff!
It looks nice and I would love to paint it..
But its just to darn expencive…
Agreed. 25 EUR is way too expensive for a small monoblock like that.
Ziterdes makes bigger and more detailed buildings in hardfoam, for less money.
I think these are made out of resin with a filler medium. You can use this to get a foamlike interrior of your casts but get a nice harder ‘shell’ on the surfaces that are in contact with the mold.
I dont like the sound foam stuff makes, it iritates me, and its too light, i like nice heavy bits of terrain. Looks good though
I would prefer this as a resin kit to battle damage it and such. and actually put figures inside for say an indoor firefight
