Well those are very nice addition for british to FoW.
I don’t think he’s pointing. It looks like his fist is clenched or, more likely, that he is holding on to the rope that’s connected to the firing lever. In order to fire these guns a little bit more safely, the firing mechanism was often tied to a rope that would be pulled from a few feet away to actually fire the gun. I’d say that guy should probably be standing behind the gun a bit more, and that he has his other hand on his ear because he’s about to pull and let the gun rip.
If I remember my gun drill correctly, he could be using hand signals – ordering the trails right.
Are you sure he’s the wise one who can hear his wife nagging when he gets home. Telling him how that American G.I. was much better at picking nylons and chocolate!
What did you wash the models with, looks like very effective shading given no primer on them!
i have the late war ones with the scenic bases and i love these guns! so much so that i got a second box for a nice big 8 gun battery. now all i have to do is wait for those big 5.5″ guns to be re-released…
