ppppppuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrdddddddddddyyyyyyyy I want
Nurgle greater daemon. Some green stuff would make this SOB pure unadulterated win.
I think one of the great advantages of this model is its convertibility, and its liability is that you almost HAVE to convert it… I’ve had the opportunity to see it up close, painted, unpainted and even unglued in sprue-form, and although it is really nice, there’s always the inherent flaws due to the molding of plastics… Many of the lovely textures are smoothed over on the sides of the pieces, many of the angles and joints are smooth… On the whole, it necessitates a great deal of “polishing up” with maybe green stuff, and clever painting to hide the… Read more »
its huge!!!!!!!!!!!!
Holy C@#% that thing is big!!
I looked over the 40K sheet make for this thing and I think its missing just one thing. Range, with a weapon that long it should be able to have the ability to reach out and attack a unit from range.
It looks like it should, but for a bit of balance (I know… I’m the odd one out of BoW 🙂 ), the Fiend moves 12″ per movement phase (as a Gargantuan Creature) and poops out your reserves, which for a Daemon force is brilliant!

omg love this model, i love all of the exillis models they’re soo cool 😀
Huddersfield apocalypse here i come!!
Ohh very nice. I saw this at GenCon and it looked great!!
I think the only thing missing is a short range attach. Say a strength 10 assult 3 with 6″ range.
OMG i want that! i really like the model more plz
Still not keen on the head and face.
But as said it’s placky and could be done to taste.
Love the vid. good work chaps and look forward to seeing more Ex Illis reviews.
Will be very interesting to see what else they come up with.
Holy crap… new prince for my army wfb comming up 🙂
Nice model. Great price too, $50. Some details do fade out on the skin but I will be adding billowsing fire in those spots for one, and postules of grossness on the other. As for in game, this big guy imo is a finness piece… Thats right, finness. Its hard to keeo the thing alive at lower levels because enemies firing almost cant miss. Its cheap points wise, so investing in some monks and arbalistiers to help protect it arent as painful. If it gets there it unleashes a heap pain and can really break opps just by being there.… Read more »
They should do a competition to wi one of those like they did with the stompas.
that’s a cool demon my response bring on the terminus, Predator Annihilators and Devastators squads ^^ and then we will see what’s left of it ^^
I also really don’t like the face an i’m not keen on the belly prison – the fact there are gaps in the grill to see inside the model.
the 40k apocalpse data sheet is a bit over priced no matter what strength its only got 5 attacks at weapon skill 3 get charged by the enemy’s worst unit and get held up you’ll be stuck there!
thanks i now know what im getting my mate he has beeen moaning about wanting a demon beast for 40k now he can shut up in apokerlise
and gust play even if i take it out Shadowsword takes it out 😀
