The British Armoured Regiment

John and Karl check out the Early War British Armoured Regiment for Flames of Wars Blitzkrieg book. There's lots of tanks AGAIN to get stuck into with this box containing twenty two tanks in total! If you guys are into Flames of War then Blitzkrieg is a great book to play out the allies desperate struggle to hold back the superior German forces and tactics!
would be nice to see some of these flames of war sets displayed built up and painted on a war torn terrain
yeah agreed at least painted hehe.
and great video and nice info as always your the best John ^^
i am actually working on two of the sets 😉 Should see them soon i hope
Sweet John I can not wait to see it ^^
Hell, yeah! Also, John, what about a video or a video series on building a gaming table for FOW? Or would the table that was featured earlier work just as well, even though it was built for ~28mm scale?
Curiously enough, the table they built before would actually work. When making a table for 15mm models hills and other natural landscape features tend to work just fine at both scales. If anything, 15mm models being so much smaller makes the terrain seem even more impressive in scope.
Buildings, roads and other man made objects is where you need to make scale appropriate features. But, if you wanted to play your games in the open country there is nothing from stopping you from leaving building and stuff out all together.
Thanks for another historical video, guys. FoW Blitzkrieg looks awesome.
Tally ho chaps! Carnage and mayhem!
I can see one of my mates having a good old laugh to himself with these models. They would make a real nice counter point to his huge late war British army. Just a pity that none of the early war British tanks were anything near as cool as the Cromwell IV (and the pimped out A30 packing the 17pdr).
As tempted as I am to grab both Germans sets, I am actually considering this one too.
you should do a video explaining how to pay flames of war
Why didn’t you guys review The Polish Tank Company (Kompania Czołgów)? I’m kinda disappointed 🙁 After all, the Poles fought longer and had a larger army than the French! They shouldn’t be ignorred, especially when talking about Blitzkrieg and the early war. Even more, since they had these cool looking twin-turreted tanks 7TP dw 😀 Hope they are included in the box 🙂
I’m looking forward to that piece and would like to see it in a video review first.
