Arkham Horror Card Game Unboxing: The Circle Undone Expansion
June 26, 2019 by deltagamegirl22
The Cthulhu-two crack open the ancient texts and unveil the latest expansion for the Arkham Horror co-operative card game from Fantasy Flight Games.
This deluxe expansion provides two new scenarios with four new prologue specific characters to play as, whose story will unfold in The Disappearance At The Twilight Estate.
Can you survive the horrors of Arkham?

Somehow card games just don’t get me….. :S
…for now. But, eventually, they will get you.
One fine day, when you are least expecting it… you will encounter one particular card game and
– before you can escape to your go-to historical game – you begin to hear that hobby-collector-gamer-
siren-song seductively whispering the name “…Sundancer…. Sundancer….”
You don’t believe me? Well, think about this: if Warren can become a historical wargamer, Sundancer
can become a card gamer. Scary, huh?
Naaaa, I’m good…. if they ever bring Star Wars Pocketmodel back on the other hand…. (And yes I’m aware of the SW LCG from FFG. I have the base set and some booster but it never wowed me.
An Arkham Horror the Card Game Unboxing – excellent!
Great to see Dawn and Gianna again – seems like ages since they have made an appearance by OnTableTop.
Which reminds me – have not seen Cass and Ryan for a while either… another mystery to investigate and solve?
Anyway, I am just getting started with Arkham Horror LCG – hoping to play the 2nd Scenario of the Core Set
in solo-play mode this weekend. I love the artwork, design and the whole 1920s weird New England detective
atmosphere. More content please – perhaps a Let’s Play?
This is a game I’d like to try. I can see myself playing through it all once and enjoying it. But only once most likely and therefore not worth the £100s it’d cost to finish the story. I hope to borrow this one day.
I picked up the core set at UKGE – hoping to get a chance to run a solo game to get a handle on the rules and then run in two player with my girlfriend.
I wish most of the expansions weren’t out of print though… That’s a bit of a bummer.
While it looks interesting, I’ve sworn off paper crack. It’s now only plastic/resin for me!
