Enjoying these videos guys- the Warzone style and the chatter between you two sort of reminds me of playing 40k with my friends back in the day (in a good way!).
Bauhaus is really appealing to me- I especially like the look of those Venusian Rangers; even if I don’t end up playing the game they might be a future painting project…
Look at them fleeeeeegs! Love learning new rules.
Nice vid’s.
This make the game seem so much more interesting. ..
Hmmm…
I like the Infinity models, but Warzone rules are more my taste…
Infinite Warzone??
Ah an early Warlord death. That’s pretty consistent with my games so far!
It is worth noting that when you aim before you fire, only the first roll benefits from the extra strength and chance to hit of the weapon has a RoF greater than one. That’s why Rob is picking up the blue D20, I believe. That is the roll for the aimed attack.
That’s right!
Nice video Justin, keep it comming!
hey Justin if you have to choose between this game and WWX witch one will you choose ? And why cause i am hesitant between those 2 great games but did not see playing warzone with the playing card that can really change the game so did you try those ? And if yes how was it ?
Ps: good game 😉
I’m not Justin, but I have and play both Warzone and WWX. While Warzone has a nostalgic place for me, WWX is far more fun to play for me. Easier to learn, nicer models.
great vid guys, but i really dont like this new player, unless you have good internet it buffers like crazy and many times just doesn’t run, or gets stuck at one point and wont continue. i hope that these problems get fixed soon 🙁
Try changing the res you watch at.
Again missing a quick rundown of what troops can do what at the beginning…makes it so much easier to follow those two for the rest.
Is there a video with Capital? Both the Front and backstage videos are still good but knowing what each unit has or job would have been nice. Along with why you took them.
And a rules question…do you loose all resources your warlord gives you when he dies…or just half (rounden up)? So would Justin have only two from his two squad commanders…or three with one from the Warlord even so he died?
Right, you lose half, rounded up. If your force is lead by a Close Combat, Tech or Psychic Warlord, you will still keep 4 of his or her resource cards after the model is removed as a casualty.. while if your force was lead by a Ranged Warlord, you would keep only 3.
I would really like to see a rules summary sheet from this warzone segment 🙂
Interested to see the rest of the Warzone series. In the past the demo game has been the climax of the series, so interesting to see these videos first. Was this a concious decision to do things a bit differently or just how they came out?
I got myself a Mushima starter at salute and have been reading the rules, but I can see how someone coming to this completely new might not get the most of these demos without a bit more upfront info.
How about it Prodos? a good rules summary quick sheet thingy for MC ? 🙂
I almost have one ready! Should be done by tomorrow evening.
Hey good initiative sjygess 🙂 would be mighty handy to get started with new people
