Unboxing: Warzone Resurrection – Imperial Wolfbane Starter Box
September 16, 2015 by dignity
If you have been watching our show Enter The Warzone and have been itching to give Warzone: Resurrection a try we've got a starter set that may pique your interest, the Imperial Wolfbane's.
Watch Enter The Warzone
In this box you get ten Wolfbane Commandos and two Pathfinders who are packing wrist mounted grenade launcher when swords can't cut it.
Not only that but they have transport in the form of the Necromower with options including a chain gun or the headache inducing 'Brain Buster' grenade launcher. Nice!
Which weapon would you attach to the Necromower?

I have been looking at “War Zone” for quite a while, and now after seeing this unboxing will be looking at getting those guy`s. Like how you get the option of choosing between the “Path Finders” and “Commandos”, now the “Necromower” is a very thought out vehicle and i love it. As for which weapon i`d go for either one will do, there both gonna hurt what they hit……….. While you where showing the Necromower, after you put it together that is) the conversion part of my grey matter started to look at way`s of converting it. Now instead of… Read more »
Not wanting the Dark Legion any more then? 😉
I like the buggy. The dudes with swords not to so much.
Ditto. I’d go with the grenade launcher. The reason you don’t see gatling guns on small vehicles is you can’t store enough ammo to keep it firing. Even the Vulcan on the M113 can only stow enough ammo to fire for about a minute.
True cpauls1, true, but it’s gotta be done.
Ah, you only need a few seconds worth of ammunition on the Necromower – because that’s how long it takes to get your buggy into melee range! 😀 As for the starter itself I feel like this is the new standard by which all other Warzone starters will be judged. Again we see the 2/10/1 composition where one of the ‘sergeant’ types can be used as the Warlord until such time as you buy a dedicated Warlord model.. but not only does the vehicle come with both weapon options in the box (poor Meka, it is still waiting for a… Read more »
@6.04 Miniatures were Justin states the blades are straight and don’t need straightening and the one on the left is clearly bent. I feel of my chair laughing.
Maybe it was the way he was leaning…….
Is it really b*****d sword? But… why?
Because he believes in political correctness and censorship 🙁
Based on the tread pattern, I think you might have the tires on the wrong way round. Also, the official(??) Prodos pics have the treads the other way.
They’re nice but I feel they lack some options, I have a wolfbane heavy weapon specialist from the old editions whatever happened to those? All in all I feel there are a lot of options missing from old warzone. Just hope they’ll be fleshing the options out with time again.
12:00 Really? You are afraid of censorship in 2015? C’mon Guys!
