Shadowy Warriors & Berserkers Hit The Warzone Tabletop From Prodos Games
January 11, 2017 by brennon
Prodos Games has put together a new set of releases for the beginning of the year for Warzone! Focusing in on Mishima, Bauhaus and Imperial we have some deadly looking additions to the range.
Taking to the battlefield first, sneaking through the shadows, we have the aptly named Shadow Walkers for Mishima. As you might have guessed they are deadly assassins ready to strike from the shadows and bring down their targets with ruthless efficiency.
I do like the model design here, especially the one with the sword held high behind his back ready to strike with a killing blow.
Crazed Wolves
Following on from them we have another infantry unit, the Headhunters.
Now this is more like it! I don't mind the graceful art of the kill but sometimes you just need to smash things with a big axe. These are some of the most bloodthirsty warriors in the Wolfsbane, deranged warriors with a tendency to like splitting things up into little pieces.
Skimmer Ahoy
Bauhaus are continuing to build upon their selection of vehicles with the Strike Skimmer.
This vehicle was designed to stop incursions through the swamplands and it is armed to the teeth for such a job with both a front mounted weapon and a machine gun sitting in the nest at the top. Being crude but functional it shows off the way Bauhaus can turn anything to war.
Which models do you like best from this set of releases?

I think I might try and reposition the gun on the Strike Skimmer.. perhaps recessing it into the front somewhat.. but it is a must by for me. One can be attached to a Vorreiter squad, or three of them can be fielded in a squad of their own. No Bauhaus model (apart from the Grizzly) can put out more shots!
Those are really good.
I really like those. Very nice models. May get them at some point.
they are great figures & the hovercraft looks fabulous.
And both units are in unicast…kinda cool!
I may have to get some shadow walkers and proxy them for Mortificators for my Brotherhood army.
I am mishima and bauhaus player so trhis is awesome and so shiny. Shadow walkers are best looking modelsfor mishima from now one.
Not sure Mishima needs to use swords that have what can charitably be describes as beer-bottle hilts.
the shadow walkers are cool and I like the hovercraft. the legs on the crazed wolf with his axe in the air are a bit short though. it will be interesting to see how both warzone and antares do this year as 40k is going to come hard with 8th edition. out of the three systems I currently like the rule set for warzone the most at this scale and the things they are doing with one piece sculpts is impressive. I will be waiting to see the raging heroes rules set go to kickstarter and 8th edition drop before… Read more »
