Really like the spray and drybrush affects, but the elevation idea is brilliant!! Never thought of using that on a table. Now I’m trying to think how to use that in my Helms Deep project for the dungeon part of my board! Hmmmmmm!!!!!
Loving this blog as I am putting together from Frostgrave terrain myself. A color that I have found very useful is P3 Frostbite, which is essentially what you are trying to mix.
a nice affect on the building.
brilliant hobby vlog to get inspired by. Been eyeing a city layout map for a while now and this will seal the deal. And the desaturated and frosted look you got with the painting is simply stunning John.
And here I thought I wasn’t going to do a snow board anytime soon…. Darn.
My only thing is I think maybe it would be more Pike and Shot era than medieval buildings, at least in the human cities.
Loving the series so far. the buildings are looking really good. Where do you guys get the Styrofoam from please????
OMG I’m soooo jealous! This table is going to look amazing!
Loved the tips for painting the 4Ground buildings. They are a little bit pricy for me at the moment but I’m in love with them.
