More Warmachine Models & Tactics Hits The Target!

Privateer Press are also looking into the world of Warmachine today. The Steelhead Halberdiers have arrived for the Mercenaries in an effort to bolster your forces. Oh and Warmachine: Tactics hit their target!
"For the right price, the Steelhead Mercenary Company can bring more soldiers to bear than any other. Halberdiers are the core of that company, and skilled halberdiers emerge from Steelhead camps monthly to march to battlefields in every corner of the Iron Kingdoms. Wielding simple halberds in well-drilled fighting formations, these mercenary soldiers can bring down more sophisticated enemies with astonishing efficiency."
These are a repackaged set of models but they are now bought together as a full unit. They do look like that mean business and those halberds are fairly huge. Some mighty say they are a little comically so. Although I guess you do need a big blade to make even a dent in a Warjack.
In other news the Warmachine: Tactics Kickstarter has hit it's target and is now churning on past it. This means we are certainly seeing the game get finished and bought to you via PC and Mac. I actually can't wait to get my hands on this game.

Are you sure they aren’t tweaked sculpts? They look better than I remember lol. I expect the Devil dogs will get re-released soon too, but I really hope they resculpt Sam. They rest of the dogs are okay, even night-cap guy, but Sam does not hold very well to any of the other female sculpts PP have released over the last 3-4 years..
Alternatively, I’d love to see an all-new sculpt for an Epic Sam. Maybe with an option for the Devil Dogs being brought separately (perhaps they’ve been successful and had to expand recruitment ala the Steelheads?)
And the First Stretch Goal is almost there 630k and counting!
Sigh… Mercenaries too may need plastic file and rank troops… :o(
These are actually pretty good and there seems to be some variety as well.
