Orgoth Rampages Back Into The World Of Warmachine

The rampaging hordes of Orgoth are stomping back onto the battlefields of Immoren and the Iron Kingdoms in general with a new set of releases. Privateer Press recently revealed a new set of miniatures for their Fantasy wargame, Warmachine, as part of the Primecast.

Orgoth are back in force and ready to smash their foes, sending them into the abyss. There is going to be a good mix of different miniatures in this range including twisted Orgoth Warjacks, Warcasters and more. They are properly back with a vengeance.
Horruskh, The Thousand Wraths // Warmachine
You may have seen these in the Primecast, but here are the miniatures in much more detail. Erik Swinson has done a superb job on these paint jobs and I love how completely over-the-top they are. They are twisted and chaotic with a hellfire burning within them. A fantastic look!
This is by no means an exhaustive look at everything that is coming for Orgoth, but it gives a good look at all of the miniatures they have been working on.
Reaver Commander // Warmachine
It's nice to see a big and ancient foe coming back to the battlefields of Warmachine with a brand new set of miniatures. I think a lot of folks are going to be snapping these up, especially if they paint up as nicely as the preview miniatures here.
The Orgoth are also able to call on the feral might of some "allies". Here is one of the Ulkor that is ready to cut down everyone with those twin axes.

One of the big selling points of Warmachine though is the Warjacks. Don't worry, Orgoth have some of those! Here is one of them...
Tyrant // Warmachine
A powerful and deadly creation I think you'll agree. It is going to be fun painting up that shimmering black/metal armour alongside all the gold grim. It would be interesting to see what other schemes folks consider for the Orgoth.
The massive Siege Tarask is also at the ready to dominate the battlefield. Who wouldn't want one of these? I am getting some Rancor/Mumakil vibes from this particular creation.

Another impressive beast from the new and upcoming Orgoth collection. It's nice to see more flesh and fur on show as well, mixing up the heavily armoured look of the Orgoth that we've seen so far.
There is much more coming for the forces of Orgoth and we can't wait to see what they do next! It will be fun to see how they play that's for sure.
Are you going to be picking up the new Orgoth miniatures?

Man they look fantastic especially the gorillaphant.
Those look really good.
Oh those guys know how to tempt a man
I haven’t played Warmachine and Hordes for years… but I used to enjoy it. I found the background fluff a lot more interesting than the GW stuff.
Still got my Circle, Cygnar and Cryx armies along with a few Mercs… some great sculpts… and I still need to finish painting them all…
Not sure I’ll ever get around to playing again, but I hope so.
I always enjoyed playing Warmachine, but it’s just not a popular game in my area. I actually picked up my Cygnar starter box from Privateer Press the first year they were at GenCon. They had just a tiny booth, two demo tables, and all they were selling very the starter boxes for Cygnar, Menoth, Khador, and Cryx. Tyrant warjack looks pretty awesome. Will definately be keeping my eye on how they Orgoth faction develops.
I hope this signals a rebirth for Privateer Press, the last few years have hit them hard (loss of established staff, COVID restrictions, lack of conventions to build and maintain there community + other rumours that I’ll allow the internet to speculate on , and that I don’t give credence too). During that time they seemed to have become kickstarter centric to keep the company afloat and even that bit them on the arse as the delays in transport and mail services meant that they got behind in that. Long story short I love all their games and wish them… Read more »
