Weekender: New Army Painter Range, Team Yankee & A Wargaming Movie
July 2, 2016 by warzan
Welcome to the show this week packed with awesome interviews and discussion PLUS we have a great competition for you and Infinity: Operation Red Veil Week is coming on Monday!
Miniature Wargaming: The Movie
First up we chat with Joseph Piddington about Miniature Wargaming: The Movie which is currently on Kickstarter right now looking for funding.
This is a great project and the personal stories they're following are one of the key draws as well as the interviews with the greats of the industry.
Competition Time & Army Painter Interview
We chat with Bo from Army Painter later on in the show but we have a great Competition where you could win their entire New Range when it comes out and be in with a chance of naming one of their paints.
The paint you'll be naming is a Light Blue Acrylic Warpaint and there are a few hints for you to do so by commenting below.
It should be Two Words, have a Fantasy or Sci-Fi slant and most of all - just have fun with it!

And just tossing this out there for that Warpaint: White Walker Glare
Happy Long Weekend for us in the North Americas!
That colour seems to me to be cerulean blue to me.
I just actually took the picture at the top and put into photoshop to get the colour number (Which was #0285b3) and amazingly it IS Cerulean Blue… I’m amazed I actually guessed it right! Yes I was bored….
I hope Army Painter isn’t going to start naming their paint ridiculous things like GW… why can’t they just call them by their actual colour names? They have names already. Use then!

It”s the weekend!
“European Blue” – some may like it, some may not; but I suspect many will change their minds once they see it in stark reality!
“Boris Blue” (sorry couldn’t resist – especially designed to be messed over with “Gove Grey Wash”)
“Alliance Blue”
Damn – those Sylvaneth may just be the first GW models I buy in years…for King of War of course 😉
“Luin OR Luinil Blue” (from Silmarillion)
Wizard blue
Pack up the paints and ship them off to Oz! It’s already named, the clue was in the interview, it can only be called “Boshirt Blue”
Army painter competition: Flat Water blue.
