Ninja’s Sneak Into Warlord Games’ Test of Honour
October 16, 2017 by dracs
This weekend saw Warlord's 10th Anniversary event, out of which sneaked a quick preview for Test of Honour, as well as a few other interesting bits and pieces. Warlord posted a couple of pictures on their facebook, including the unveiling of a crew of stealthy ninjas for Test of Honour.
These ninjas keep to Test of Honour's focus on cinematic style over historical accuracy, with the familiar ninja design first popularised in ukiyo-e art. The models have a good degree of motion to their stances, giving us a warband you could imagine performing acrobatics over the terrain, as they face off against stoic samurai.
A number of other models also appeared at the event, ranging from Gates of Antares to Bolt Action.
From the look of it, gamers have plenty to look forward to in the future. For some reason, the one I like the most is the model waving the Soviet flag atop the column. It's just so dramatic, I have to love it.
Be sure to check out our coverage of Warlord's 10th Anniversary.
Which model has you most excited?

I’m really digging the ninjas, can’t wait to pick them up. I wonder if they are metal or plastic kits.
As for the Antares stuff, my favourite is the skimmer on the right, is that a crane or something on it?
The Ninjas are metal and I believe will come in a boxed set with some new Ninjery rules.
The skimmer is the Boromite Hauler, and it does indeed have a crane ontop as well as two light support weapons.
So going to end up with this game .. lovely ninjas. Warlord doing great stuff on so many fronts.
I’ve always been fascinated with Ninjas, those are some nice mini’s.
My copy of ToH just arived yesterday. Wohoo! and now I need these ninjas. 🙂
Both ninjas and Antares stuff look really good.
I like the tank, great weathering on them.
