Mordheim: City of the Damned Prepares to Enter Early Access

Mordheim: City of the Damned, the video game adaptation of the classic skirmish game based in the world of Warhammer Fantasy, is preparing to head for early access on Steam. To help us get excited for our first visit to the damned city, a couple of new screenshots have appeared.
In these screen shots we get to see the Sisters of Sigmar, Mercenaries of the Empire, and the Skaven, all locked in battle for control over the city and its supply of warpstone.
I am very excited about this game and I know I am not alone in that. Mordheim is considered a classic tabletop game for a reason and it dark, atmospheric setting looks as though it will transfer over well into a video game. The game will reportedly be heading to early access in the next few weeks, so we will be sure to keep an eye on developments in the Empire's doomed city.
Are you a fan of the original game? Do you look forward to playing Mordheim: City of the Damned?

Oh and as a side note – notice how people (in this thread… Read more »
And yet they are happy to re-release Space Hulk (time after time) – hands up players of Mordheim/Necromunda/Bloodbowl etc etc who only played one faction …..
Table top is the way to go but we live in a different age…
