Man O’ War Returns As Corsair Video Game
September 2, 2015 by brennon
Man O' War is returning but not as you knew it. 'Corsair' is developed by Evil Twin Artwork and looks like it's going to be a bit of a jaunt around the Old World with your crew while you battle other fleets and monsters. See what you think of the teaser trailer above...
From what we know so far you'll be able to create a character from a myriad of different races and then take to the high seas with your crew. There appears to be exploration (as you can see above) as well as boarding actions, ship-to-ship battles and face offs against monsters.
The game is still very much in the early stage of development but it could be something to look out for.
Will you be keeping an eye on this?

Very cool. I will look forward to seeing what they do with this.
Man O’ War was a classic GW game from back in the day. Here’s hoping the developers of Corsair can do it justice
Never played Man O War but wish I had.
For a trailer about a game that featured naval battles between boats, there was very little about boats doing boat things.
Is it me or does the bearded guy look a little like Terry Pratchett? 😀
One of GW’s best games ever made, outside of 40k and WFB. Black Ark of Whatsit – how awesome was that?
I’ll be keeping a weather eye on this one.
Jim lad.
Ah yes Man’o’War, back in the day when GW had there fingers in several good tasty pies unlike nowadays.
I love the set up of Man o’ War so I am hyped for this. Incidentally, if you’re interested in naval exploration and role playing games check out Sunless Sea of Steam.
black sails the game with added Orks nice.
