Let’s Play Warhammer End Times: Vermintide – A Sign Of Things To Come
May 24, 2017 by crew
We're back in Warhammer End Times: Vermintide today for the climactic conclusion of the Stromdorf DLC campaign with Sam (MrStainless001), BoW’s Lance, Ryan (LudicRyan) and Michael (McBlair).
When the Courier turned up dead at the top of a tower making a somewhat suspicious delivery our band of hapless adventurers trekked back to Stromdorf itself to meet with the mysterious Skaven Emissary for some....hostile...negotiations.
If you’ve never played Warhammer End Times: Vermintide before think of it as Left 4 Dead meets Warhammer…if you’ve never played Left 4 Dead then imagine this game as a Warhammer fever dream where you’ll be constantly swarmed by waves of filthy Skaven while you and your ‘friends’ bicker and fight over much-needed healing potions and loot dice.
Like most games set in the Warhammer universe, Vermintide is equal parts challenging and rewarding.
If you want to try out the DLC for yourself it is now on sale and available on Steam for £4.99 and I’d highly recommend it. We’ll be bringing you the second mission next week but in the meantime get you tankards of ale at the ready, sharpen your blades and enjoy us bicker and fight our way through the rainy ruins of Stromdorf.
How do you think they're doing?

Well done…well done.
Yes, I hope there is more to come. Great Video.
Nicely done indeed! Can you play this game single player? Or does it only shine multiplayer?
You can play it single player alongside bots – but it works best with friends.
You need friends to get the best out of this? Talk about a barrier to entry 🙁
Thanks Ben. I might try and give it a go Singleplayer then. Don’t have many friends playing these kind of games (they prefer the tabletop version)
Ask nicely to @stainless001 and perhaps you could join us for a game. 🙂
I just might lancorz 🙂
Why not on the official Beasts of War youtube channel?
