“It’s all about that case.”
I see what you did there, J.
@warzan dont know I you got any laying round, but old PCs are a really good source of gubbinz like chips, fuses and cables. I use stuff like that on my mechanicum models, even old cogs and gears from stuff like printers.
Good idea @deaddave, I’m also looking into watch parts etc too 🙂
@warzan Here’s my cogged up Jagdtiger, complete with computer parts and wrist watch gubbinz. I would suggest trying to use clock parts, the gears are bigger, the stuff in wrist watches is super tiny.

If you want to harvest parts from old mother boards easiest way is with a paint stripping heat gun, just heat until the solder is molten and scrape with a bit of wood. If thats too much effort try searching ebay for mixed electronics grab bags, couple of quid and you will have a ton of technogubbins
CONAN!!!! Still waiting for my copy to trick up 🙁
Me to I was hoping as they had a box open it would have got a mention 🙁
I love the Friday Vlogs/unboxings. Always a nice little pick me up.I love the thought you blokes put ino your hobby and the way you discuss your descissions. There is something inspirational about it. Best wishes on the train Warren, definitely sounds like a plan
Has to be the one of the top three best VLOGs ever. Warren and his brood! Justin makes a good nanny. 😀
Warren, did your younger son have train shoes on? That can’t be an accident. How do I +1 your son’s shoes. 🙂
He certainly did lol
Little Max is mad about mechanical marvels 🙂
…….WHO’S THE DADDY!……… WHO’S THE DADDY!
….. Warren, I love the look on your boy’s face…. He’s thinking ‘thats were my train set went!’….. lol
the tanks look great is the stuff used for the netting exspensive and similar to scotch brite which may be a lot cheaper @johnlyons ?
Brief freakout, i was half watching and could hear the singsong of a childs voice. looked up and the sound was still going but the child Warren was holding was not moving his mouth. brief WTF is going on, and…. then i spotted the other child 🙂
Looking forward to seeing the next step of the train.
Two new presenters….who are they going to replace…;)
I’ll take a look through my stuff, I reckon I’ve got a load of mechanicus arms and heads etc from sprues and stuff if any use? I’ll bring it over for the Walking Dead bootcamp of wanted.
