Face Traitor Command In Blackstone Fortress Expansion
July 1, 2019 by brennon
Games Workshop is once more heading off to explore the Blackstone Fortress with a new expansion, Traitor Command.
This new set introduces a couple of additional models for your collection plus a linked scenario to use them in. The Grendish 82nd are back in force, led by a Traitor Commissar and his terrifying Chaos Ogryn, hoping to perform an insidious ritual and bring ruin to the Imperium.
As with the previous release for the Ambull, the set will contain a scenario which can be played on its own. Then, you can take the encounter cards for both of these new models and work them into the deck so they might pop up on any mission you play.
Games Workshop has also said that whilst these miniatures will initially only be available in this set they should see a release separately too further down the line.
Are you still enjoying Blackstone Fortress?

I was originally a Role Player and when one of my two favourite RPG mags “White Dwarf”* went over to being a miniature game magazine I went over to trying miniature games with it . Looking forward to it. * Yes I am telling the truth “White Dwarf” wasn’t always Games Workshop’s exclusive house organ and games like D&D, Runequest, Traveller and Tunnels… Read more »
I’m not that old, but I remember adverts from other companies like Earache and Kerrang! magazine being in WD when it did just cover GW stuff and they tried to launch Warhammer Records. Or at least I think I do.
Those are really nice.
Two great figure’s the commissar looks fantastic like an evil Yarrik.
I remember that to @beardragon. Those were fun times. Even if you don’t play this game the models are amazing!
Commissar Hellboy will see you now
and to quote mike from spaced “…..and thats a good thing!”
