This latest book for Warhammer: The Horus Heresy comes with details of the Loyalist counter-attack into the Garmon Cluster. You'll also find complete rules for playing as the Shattered Legions and Blackshields warbands. A good way for you to get even more creative with your Space Marine legions. There is also a campaign system designed for you to be able to link scenarios together.
The Battle For Beta Garmon sounds like a great new book for Warhammer: The Horus Heresy. I know a lot of folks have wanted the rules for Blackshields and the Shattered Legions especially!
New Solar Auxilia Releases
Alongside the book, we also have the new miniatures in plastic for the Solar Auxilia. These are available separately for the first time.
Solar Auxilia Infantry Section // Warhammer: The Horus Heresy
The Infantry Section and specifically this Lasrifle Section contains twenty miniatures. They can be split into two squads or kept as a larger one if you prefer. They can be armed with bayonets and the Sergeant can take a few extra weapons. There are also options to give troopers a vexilla and a vox interlock.
Leading the way, you can also get your hands on the Tactical Command Section.

This is going to be key for leading the way. You can go for a Legate Marshal and their Lifewards, a Tactical Command Section or a Line Command Section. There are additional options within this set including an augury scanner and a cohort vexilla.
Getting a bit more specialised, you can also pick up the Veletaris Storm Section.

The Storm Section represent your elite soldiers clad in Void Armour. They can take volkite chargers or storm axes depending on what you want to use them for. You can also build a Sergeant from the kit with more high-tech equipment and there are options for a vexilla and vox trooper as standard. A solid set of miniatures for those wanting to take on the close-quarters fighting of ship-to-ship combat during boarding actions.
Big Tanks
It wouldn't be the mortal forces of mankind without the addition of some big tanks to help support your advance. With that in mind, there are a fair few for you to choose from...
Malcador Heavy Tank // Warhammer: The Horus Heresy
Leman Russ Assault And Strike Tanks // Warhammer: The Horus Heresy
Dracosan Armoured Transport // Warhammer: The Horus Heresy
The classic Leman Russ is back alongside the massive Malcador that can put holes in pretty much anything. I think the Dracosan is going to be the vehicle of choice for a lot of folks though as it will enable you to get your Solar Auxilia into the heart of combat without their getting shredded by enemy fire.
Last but not least, the clanking Aethon Heavy Sentinel is going to be making an appearance, offering you some additional support that might be able to clank around with your infantry.

It comes with six different main weapon options and two varieties of missiles for you to choose from. A great option for those who love their walkers. All of these miniatures are available in plastic which makes it easier to get stuck in and build a fun Solar Auxilia army than it was before.
Will you be snapping up these new Horus Heresy releases this weekend?
