The forces of Chaos are going to be led by another terrifying leader on the tabletop soon with The Lord Discordant making his way to the tabletop for Games Workshop's Warhammer 40,000.

Lord Discordant - Warhammer 40K

As far as Warpsmiths go in your Chaos force, this fellow is right up there with the best (or worst...I don't know how to quantify a Chaos hero) of them. He comes mounted on a terrifying creation of his own and you can either use him as the character from the Vigilus campaign, Vex Machinator, or your own take on this machine-lord.

Lord Discordant Cut #1 - Warhammer 40K

The strange creature, born of daemonic infestation and the tinkering of the Dark Mechanicum, is a mash-up of all kinds of Imperium tech. The machine spirit chamber pictured above has been ripped out of the core of a Land Raider for example.

Lord Discordant Cut #2 - Warhammer 40K

This fellow is looking rather awesome indeed and I love that we're getting to see more options for the Chaos Space Marines. They have such diverse Legions, each with their own thoughts on how exactly to kill people, so it makes sense that we're getting to know more about that now.

What do you think of this new leader?

"As far as Warpsmiths go in your Chaos force, this fellow is right up there with the best..."
