Inquisitor Eisenhorn Miniature Celebrates 20 Years Of Black Library
January 30, 2018 by brennon
Inquisitor Eisenhorn is one of the defining characters of Warhammer 40,000 fiction. Because of that, Games Workshop has created an awesome model of him to celebrate twenty-years of Black Library spinning us yarns from the grimdark future.
The model depicts the mighty Eisenhorn in his younger years, based on stunning artwork by Clint Langley. I think you'll agree that when it comes to character models, this one is quite the looker.
You will be able to get your hands on this model on February 24th at your local store and of course online too. This will also coincide with the release of the new Eisenhorn book, The Magos, which will also be available late in February. You've got plenty of Inquisitorial awesomeness awaiting you.
What do you make of this version of Eisenhorn?

From what fiction I have read with Eisenhorn in it the miniature captures his character quite well, a mean ugly S.O.B. Might give him a miss though, in favor of Inquisitor Greyfax 😉
I would love a miniature of the picture on the left.
Very good. 😉
very nice, shame it doesn’t come with a trio of Saruthi to fight though 😉
I’d like to see a good Quixos mini and Cherubael.
Looks like I will be getting up early on the 24th of February!
The art makes the mini look like it has a massive head and the mini makes the art look like it has a tiny head. I don’t know how to feel.
I always felt that in the original art, the shoulder pads made Eisebhorn look like his head was too small
Finally the mini i have needed to represent Till Landermann from Rammstein on the table top 😛
You are Dam Right 🙂
….well Jaq Draco was Sean Connery (Hunt for Red October)

Love it! Thankfully *not* a limited figure so I don’t need to worry about being able to get one.
Shame it’s resin but never mind. I any case it has rekindled my interest in Inquisitor 28mm 😎
Like him a lot. Still waiting for some more Inquisition love from GW.
A great looking figure.
Cor I like this lad.
Well new Eisenhorn does look really nice.
Nice mini, good to see they have gone for a young Eisenhorn for a change from the 54mm chappy
Looks good
This is awesome 🙂 I can’t think who he reminds me of – Henry Rollins?
Looks like a real a nice model, even though I’m more of an AoS guy I must admit I really want to give this a go and paint him up
I’ve also found myself with a Sly Marbo mini recently (I heard Sly once pulled a hair from his beard and skewered 3 men with it, also that Sly CAN acctually touch MC Hammer)
Also looking forward to the book too, 40k has the best fluff around… Sly told me to say that… someone help me!!
Im gonna have a hard time getting into a store on that day…
