Hunt Heretics In Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr Video Game

Warhammer 40,000 is getting another Action RPG with a sandbox twist from Neocore Games. Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr has a new teaser trailer up...
It looks like it could be quite good and I think the blood soaked and daemon filled world of the Inquisition is a great area of the Warhammer 40,000 lore to explore.
Info via IGN...
"NeocoreGames describes Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr as a “persistent sandbox action-RPG” and explains that the single-player campaign will thrust players “into a grim and secret war among the stars as the agents of the ever-vigilant Inquisition.”
NeocoreGames also promises that, after the campaign concludes, the story will continue “in a colossal sandbox game” that the developer claims will give players “years of constant entertainment, gradual development and a continuous flow of content that enriches the action-RPG gameplay.”"
...we shall see. All we have at the moment to go on is a teaser trailer but if it's as interesting as their spiel suggests then maybe we'll have Warhammer 40,000 game worthy of the franchise.
Will you be keeping an eye on this?

“I am the mailed fist of the emperor.”
And apparently american. Not that i object, it’s just that i’ve grown used to hearing English voices in GW games
I’ve always thought Inquisitors were the perfect characters for games. They offer the best options for creating games away from constant battlefields and open up a lot of story possibilities.
The voice over feels very wrong. It sounds like the 1980s movie trailer voice. I’ve always thought of 40k as quintessentially British.
You know the problem with Inquisitors? Always poking their nose in.
I just checked out some gameplay videos for deathtrap and van helsing 2.
Both were Diablo style games so I’m guessing I’m not going to get the triple A (Witcher/mass effect/fallout4) game experience I was hoping for…:(
may be worth looking out for.
I wish GW would stop farming out its licenses to any old bugger that comes along. We’re just getting a deluge of ok-ish games that don’t do anything for the setting. Whereas Dawn of War and Space Marine brought the worlds to life, the stuff we’re getting now just seems to be (insert random popular game here) with a 40k skin.
Give the license to some bigger, or at least better respected players. Wouldn’t it be incredible to have Warhammer 40,000: Battlefront? Or Chivalry: Age of Sigmar? At least we have Warhammer: Total War to look forwards to.
He will defeat you with his eyebrow tattoos of vengeance!
God that title is awful.
