Forge World Kit Out The Pre-Heresy White Scars

Forge World have added some new kits to their growing array of Horus Heresy releases this time focused on the White Scars. You can now get a few different variants on Heads, Shoulder Pads and Torsos for your wild rider types tearing around on Bikes and Jetbikes...
Heads Will Roll
First up we have the MK II Heads which come with some very awesome looking faceplates that have a nice angular nature to them.
I like that you also get those cool top knot style additions with the helmets too although I can imagine them being quite a pain to stick on - those kind of things always are. These are certainly some of the coolest heads we've seen in the Horus Heresy range so far I reckon.
Torsome Bodies?
Ok so that didn't quite work but see what you think of the MK II Torsos that are now available for pre-order too. They have some nice designs on them once again much like with the helmets.
The lightning bolt of the White Scars is a recurring theme throughout and it's nice to see the additional adornment, something you normally see reserved for Space Wolves, around their necks.
Shoulder Barge
Ok these titles are getting worse. Nevermind! See what you make of the three types of Shoulder Pads also released in MK II, MK III and MK IV flavours...
You can see an interesting evolution between the various shoulder pads but I think my favourite would have to be the MK II ones. They aren't as bulky looking as the MK III and have a nice amount of detail compared to the rather plain MK IV armour.
All in all a nice haul for White Scars?

Ok really nice quality on the sculpts and I know White Scars are “Future Mongols in Space” but… THOSE EYES! Really?

Really impressed with these sculpts. Clean lines and some seriously menacing helmets. Can’t wait to see what they do with white scar specific jet bikes.
A single Tactical Marine with Legion upgrades (helmet-torso-shoulder-weapon) is 11pound/15€.
That makes 110pound 150€ for 10 man tactical squad… guess thats the point where I said no more !
