Eisenhorn & Terrifying Daemons Come To Warhammer 40K Kill Team
July 5, 2019 by brennon
Games Workshop this week talked about the latest issue of White Dwarf and whilst a lot of it was more or less par for the course there was a little announcement towards the end where the added that some cool things were coming to Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team.
The first bit of awesomeness is that Inquisitor Eisenhorn is coming to the world of Kill Team as a new Commander. The legendary Inquisitor will now be available for you to use when leading a retinue of Witch/Daemon Hunters in their missions.
Summoning Daemons
As well as Eisenhorn, the team at Games Workshop has also announced that the latest issue will also include rules for running Daemon Kill Teams in the game too.
So, this seems like a perfect combination. One of your friends could start playing as the Daemons whilst you take on the forces of the Imperium and Eisenhorn. Then, you could start to put together a cool campaign where the Inquisitor is maybe chasing some Daemon-worshipping cult across the system.
Will you be picking this White Dwarf up for these new rules?

Won’t be picking up the rules but (depending on availability in my local GW store) I might get Eisenhorn as a display piece. (And it’s no new system because I own 40k!!!111!1 )
Very nice.
Sweet. Perfect excuse to paint him up and maybe nab a few daemons. Hopefully we’ll see more Inquisition characters getting rules like this. They’ve been limp in 40k for the last two editions so Kill Team would be a great way to give life to models that don’t see the table anymore.
Sisters of Battle Kill Team, please.
Pretty much the only reason I pick up WD these days is for new Kill Team rules.
So yes… it is the Daemon rules that interest me. There has been talk of Inquisitor rules for KT for a while – I can’t remember if GW has promised them on the community website, and they have yet to deliver.
A Great looking figure to take on the corruption of Chaos.
Wouldn’t mind seeing an older version of him.
