Nicely done. Black armor looks top notch.
Base work is great! I didn’t see those on the Forgeworld site. Where are they from? Entire Space Marine Army with Forge World Minis. Wow. So this nutter has cash to burn. Either that or he works for GW / FW! Pretty decent black. Fine line high contrast highlighting, but minimum use of gray. That’s definitely one way to get an effective black. I think would have had one more level of highlighting, as I think the black can be pretty flat. You see this a more on the big models, the start to lose dimensionality. Seems like a lot… Read more »

Absolutely awesome army, and great attention to detail! Is the librarian by any chance Zahariel ?? seeing as the other librarian mentioned in fall of angels is a terran and will be pretty old.
Also the detail of the terran sergeant being bald is really great seeing as the terran marines in the DA chapter had a tendency to keep their hair cropped close or shaven completely.
Damn.. I might have to start a pre-heresy DA army now….
