As is the way with all of these Codexes, there will be a bunch of updated rules and such for leading your army into battle. If you wanted to play as an army of Daemons in Warhammer 40,000, perhaps led by Be'lakor, you're no doubt going to get all sorts of interesting updated special rules and Stratagems in order to do so.
There will be fifty-six Dataslates included giving you rules for a huge array of different Daemons plus all manner of strange and twisted Psychic Powers which can be used to crush your foes.

There is also a new set of Crusade rules for putting together a growing force of Daemons within Warhammer 40,000. Whilst these creatures of the warp live forever, you could start your own little cabal of creatures that have banded together, seeking to get revenge and spread havoc with each game they play.
Are you tempted to snap up this new Codex and start making an army of Daemons? You certainly have plenty of fascinating miniatures to paint nowadays!

So another one will be out for AOS Sneaky sneaky.
My only daemons are a squad of khorne bloodletters I got to summon for my World Eater space marines a few years ago. The new Chaos space marine book got rid of all of the daemons and there’s no way I’m buying a separate book for them. It’s hibernation time and back to the warp with them (either that or off to Frostgrave).
My friend will be happy, he has over 8000 points of daemons from all 4 gods.
Daemons are nice in way that you can play them in both 40k and AoS.
I still think that the Realms of Chaos duo book was the best book for Chaos that GW ever did.
All of the 4 gods with their own specific unique things across two big books for both 40k and WFB
Chaos spawn were completely random, as were the mutations.
This feels too ordered for a thing about chaos … and there’s no way they could fit even half the lore in that codex.
