The Caladius Grav Tank Now Available From Forge World
November 26, 2016 by brennon
Forge World has now released the Caladius Grav Tank for use with the Legio Custodes in your games set during the Horus Heresy.
"Often deployed in situations requiring the heaviest of weapons the Legio Custodes could bring to bear, the Caladius pattern Grav-Tank.
Utilising technologies and systems derived not only from the Dark Age of Technology, but from developments made as a result of the Great Crusade’s two centuries of warfare, the Caladius was well-protected and highly manoeuvrable, perhaps the most powerful battleline armoured unit of its size in the Imperium’s forces."
Now that is a rather spiffing looking tank. We do like the look of some grav tank as part of the forces of the Imperium. It's a shame that they all were lost to the sands of time!
What do you think?

I like how it looks and feels both 30k/40k and distinctly Custodes, without also feeling like it was copied and pasted or rebranded from another Imperial faction
Way that 30k crav tank looks does give feel of Imperial design without being overly boxy like most Imperial vehicles in 40k.
Nice, but epic price fail.
Whoa that is steep. Nice looking model though.
I may well get a unit of custodes at some point but no thanks to the tank (as cool as it is).
That price is normal enough as Forge World goes for vehicles of that size. Im not saying its cheap but it falls into realistic actual Forge World prices, relatively standard, in a matter of speaking.
love the tank.
Best looking imperial vehicle I’ve seen, much prefer it to the walkers and tank tracked stuff (I like floaty stuff k?) Wish I could of afford one
One to add to the extremely slow burn Custodes project, like the aesthetic a lot. As a mate said prices are high but if you go to insane detail on painting it spreads the cost.
Great looking tank but a little more expensive than I thought it would be. I expected more around the £50 mark for a tank of that size from FW.
