Im not a fan! Forgeworld just seem to be churning out a lot of very meh stuff over the past while, basically variations on a theme to be honest. Is there really anything new to this pack? In my opinion no! Considering that there is so much in both the 40K universe and the fantasy world that forgeworld could be producing this really is a bit of a let down. Do we really need umpteen variations of the Leman Russ hull or an endless series of upgrade packs for Imperial Gaurd? Ill admit that some of the Warhammer Forge stuff… Read more »
Hell yes they should bring back the praetorians and Iron guard. Someone tell me if I’m wrong in assuming Forgeworld has access to the computermabobs that GW uses to design the models now, but changing the pockets on the cadian trousers into a stripe for dress uniform and the pauldrons on the arms into fringed epaulettes is about 30 seconds work, even in greenstuff, the plain tunic torso is already on the vehicle accessory sprue, the peaked cap for mordians is on the command squad sprue from there its just pith helmets that need doing and you’ve got both regiments.… Read more »

The flamer tank looks half done, like there’s supposed to be something supporting it but they forgot, and you don’t even get the wire/rod for the vox antenna, plus the kit actually costs more than the models it converts- an £18 kit to tart up a £15.50 set of models. The only good thing is the plasma and melta squads, at £12 they’re at least a tiny bit cheaper than the metal ones that frankly don’t look right, are often miscast as packed one of each in a blister, but even that is still a conversion pack even though its… Read more »
