Games Workshop is not done with the goodies for those diving into Warhammer 40,000. As well as the hints as to what is coming soon we also know what's landing next week with a new Codex Supplement for the Blood Angels and supporting miniatures for Space Marine players.

Blood Angels Codex - Warhammer 40K

This new Codex gets you going with the Sons Of Sanguinius and has all of the additional rules and gubbins that you need in order to get going with this Chapter. With the move away from the clean-cut look of the Primaris Space Marines with the newest range of releases, embracing a bit more of the grimdark, the Blood Angels seem like one of the best Chapters to demonstrate this with. Pageantry-mode engaged!

Admittedly, you don't see that so much with the likes of the Combat Patrol Box which was teased last week. But, give is also coming out alongside the Codex to give you a leg up when starting a Blood Angels army.

There are some special options available for those who want a flavour of the Blood Angels running through their force though. It seems like even with all of the work put into the Primaris Space Marines, you can't get rid of the Red Thirst. Enter the Death Company Intercessors.

This kit comes with five standard Intercessors plus all of the extra gubbins and such that you need to make them fit in with the rest of the Death Company. Who wouldn't want to be a raging Space Marine vampire with a deathwish?

New Assault Intercessors & Gladiator!

As well as the new options for the Blood Angels we also have some new kits landing for those playing as regular Space Marines too. We have the new Primaris Assault Intercessors with all manner of special weapons to their name.

Plus, if you're looking to bring in the big guns then you can also send in the Gladiator to do some damage to your opponents too. This is the upgrade to the Predator to include that fancy new technology that the Primaris Space Marines are so fond of.

Walk softly and carry a big gun as they always say! If you've not had enough of Space Marines by this point then you'll soon have the option to buy even more. It seems like a good time to get started as the Blood Angels at least, especially with Christmas just around the corner.

Are you tempted to snap up these goodies?
