Bargain With Daemons With The Infernal Masters Of Warhammer 40K
July 20, 2021 by brennon
We got a look at a new Warhammer 40,000 miniature for the Grey Knights last week and this time it is the turn of the psykers. The Thousand Sons introduce us to their Infernal Masters who are able to make terrible pacts with the daemons of the warp.

The Infernal Masters are psykers of the highest order but they have a more useful skill. Each of them are masters at crafting Infernal Pacts which are taken from their upcoming Codex. This allows them to bind daemons to their will and unleash them on the enemy.
For example, you could summon a horde of fiendish imps to caper through the enemy lines stopping them from overwatching your unit as it approaches an objective. There are six of these pacts to choose from when you build your army so choose which daemons you ally with wisely.
Miniature-wise, I'm not sure. I do like how different The Thousand Sons are from the other Chaos factions but there just seems to be something a little awkward and chunky about the sculpt.

I know there are folks who really like the slightly more esoteric and ancient look of The Thousand Sons but I think it is a little bit of an acquired taste. They just feel like they clank forward but then again, what would you expect from suits of armour full of dust?
Let me know what you make of The Thousand Sons in the comments down below...

Infernal Master looks good and fits right in wit rest of Thousand Sons so it’s good miniature over all.
Ooh the rubric cubes marine’s are after blood again.
I think I understand why 40k players don’t like terrain.
It would constantly remind them that there’d be no way their spacemarines would fit inside ..
Just look at these guys … they need those guns just to create enough room to enter the average house 😉
I would love it if GM made characters from the Black Legion books such as the sorcerer Khayon to go with these ones.
