Aeldari Phoenix Lord Fuegan Returns To Warhammer 40K Soon!
October 29, 2024 by brennon
Stepping out of the Webway and into our reality, a Phoenix Lord has been reforged for the Aeldari of Warhammer 40,000. Phoenix Lord Fuegan popped up across the internet last week and there was a bit of a scramble to show off some better pictures of this mighty Fire Dragon.

As with the other updates for the Phoenix Lords, this is a brilliant new take on the character and a welcome sight for those who have been lamenting how old some of the Aeldari/Eldar range is. Known as The Burning Lance, he recently joined the Ynnari and their battle against the Thousand Sons with the Firepike Searsong and his brutal Fire Axe in hand.

The new pose is great and I like the fact that so many of the old elements of the miniature have carried over. I particularly like the fact that the back banner returns, a classic part of many old miniatures.
This also means that there are loads of awesome miniatures on the way for the Aeldari (I hope!). I can't wait to see the new Fire Dragons and in particular, the Swooping Hawks. I need those in my life as well as Baharroth.
What do you make of the new miniature?

The mini isn’t bad but what’s with that burning helmet on the ground? To me that looks way to silly and “forced”. Not a fan.
Burning helmet ouch! To the special clinic with him!
You can use another base. Solved!
My brother had all of the Aspect stuff – The Dark Reapers being his personal favourites, got to say this looks pretty cool.
Loving this remake; my 2nd ever 40k army was Eldar, much nostalgia!
